Our youngest campers have a great summer in store at Shorefront Y Day Camp. Campers enjoy mornings on the beach and at the park followed by an afternoon full of specialty activities that rotate every day.
Their summer is filled with:
• Arts and science exploration
• Performance arts: drama, dance and singing
• Sports
• Aquatics and outdoor fun at the beach and the park
• Trips around New York City to fun places like Puppet works and
Prospect Park Zoo
A summer with Middle Division is all about self-exploration, new independence and great friends. Campers travel once a week on trips around the five boroughs and beyond, including an overnight trip!
Campers love our:
• Arts and science specialties
• Performance arts: drama, dance and singing
• Sports and yoga
• Aquatics and outdoor fun at the beach and the park
• Once a week trips around the five boroughs (e.g. Arcade, waterpark, Museums and more)
•Middle Division has an in-house overnight at the Shorefront Y.
Camp for Older Division is all about new experiences, friends and fun adventures. We have a blast all summer on trips exploring New York City and the tri-state area. Campers are given the opportunity to explore New York City and beyond!
Our most popular destinations have included:
• Amusement parks such as Hershey Park, Adventure Land and Hurricane Harbor
• Cultural attractions like the Museum Natural History and Museum of the Moving Images
When they are at the Y, older campers:
• Play tons of sports
• Enjoy performance arts, drama, dance and singing
• Swimming at the beach and in the pool
Special
Older campers are known to go on extended two-overnight trips. This summer our campers will visit places like Washington D.C., Hershey Park, Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Trips give campers a recreational, fun way to explore the United States with their friends and favorite counselors.
Camp for teens is all about travel, new friends and fun adventures. We have a blast all summer on trips exploring New York City and the tri-state area.
