Supervision and Training
|•||Counselors are supervised by a division leader as well as the camp director and assistant director. Division leaders are mature college students, who have risen through our ranks as exceptional camp staff. These staff members are specially trained to supervise younger staff and work with kids.|
|•||Various activity specialists who are experts in their fields help us develop our creative programs.|
|•||Additional assistant counselors are placed in younger division groups to take exceptional care for our youngest campers, far exceeding the basic camper/staff ratio required by the Department of Health.|
