DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOREFRONT YM-YWHA 

Subway Directions 

Take the B or Q train to Brighton Beach

Bus Directions 

Take the B1 or the B68 to Brighton Beach and Coney Island Avenue . Walk to the corner of Brighton Beach Avenue and Coney Island Avenue. Turn south (towards the ocean) and walk toward the beach. We are the last building on the right (west side of the street).

Walking Directions from the Bus and Subway

Start walking south on Coney Island Avenue towards the boardwalk and the beach. We are the last building on your right (west side of the street).

Driving Directions

From Staten Island and Jersey

• Merge onto I-278 E/Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. 
• Take the exit on the left onto Belt Pkwy East toward Kennedy Airport. 
• Take exit 8 toward Coney Island Avenue 
• Merge onto Shore Pkwy. 
• Turn right on your first traffic signal at Coney Island Avenue 
• We are located on your right when you get to the end of the street.

From Manhattan and the Bronx

• Take the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel toward I-278/Brooklyn. 
• Continue on Gowanus Expy/BQE. 
• Stay in the two right lanes and merge onto Belt Pkwy East (signs for Belt Pkwy). 
• Take exit 8 toward Coney Island Avenue Merge onto Shore Pkwy. 
• Turn right on your first traffic signal at Coney Island Avenue. 
• We are located on your right when you get to the end of the street.

From Queens

• Head south on I-678 S/Van Wyck Expy. 
• Take exit 1W toward Verrazano Bridge/Belt Pkwy West via the ramp on the left.  
• Take exit 9 toward Sheepshead Bay/Knapp St. merge onto Shore Pkwy.  
• Turn left on Ocean Avenue.  
• Second light Turn right onto Emmons Avenue merge Neptune Avenue. 
• Turn left on Coney Island Avenue.
• We are located on your right when you get to the end of the street.

From Long Island

• Head Southern State Pkwy West to the Cross Island Pkwy South.
• Merge onto Belt Pkwy South to Verrazano Bridge.  
• Take exit 9 toward Sheepshead Bay/Knapp St. merge onto Shore Pkwy. 
• Turn left on Ocean Avenue.
• Second light Turn right onto Emmons Avenue merge Neptune Avenue. 
• Turn left on Coney Island Avenue.
• We are located on your right when you get to the end of the street.
