Break-Dance (Ages 6-8)

6:30PM - 7:30PM  

The class teaches the basic foundations of breaking with specific emphasis on top rock and foot work. It will begin with a funky cardio, stretch, and calisthenics warm up routine, followed by top rock and footwork, ending with a much-needed cool down. No prior dance experience is necessary. Let our instructor help you find your B Boy style.
