Table Tennis

Children learn basic physical exercises, including jumping, various types of movements for table tennis, coordination exercises, balancing and bouncing a ping pong ball.

Playing table tennis is a great way to improve hand-eye coordination; helps in strengthening of bones and muscle development. The repetitive and multidirectional movements will promote your child's agility and flexibility. Communication and social skills are improved as children play games and learn to play table tennis.
