UJA Federation Honors Shorefront Y Cultural Arts Volunteer Anna ChernyakOn April 21, 2010, UJA Federation held a Volunteer Recognition Ceremony during National Volunteer Recognition Week. Volunteers from network agencies around the tri-state area were celebrated for their hard work and commitment throughout the week.

Anna Chernyak, a committed volunteer at Shorefront Y Cultural Arts programs, was recognized for her work on Sundays selling tickets, speaking to the public and distributing information about our events. Irina Volkovich, Director of the Cultural Arts Center at the Shorefront Y said, "Anna has been a dedicated volunteer over the past two years supporting cultural programs whenever we need a hand. Her focus on customer service and positive attitude make her a big asset to our event staff."
