SilverSneakers is a government-sponsored program that promotes healthy lifestyles for aging adults. It is available at no additional cost to individuals who belong to participating health plans.

When you enroll in SilverSneakers you receive Free center membership and special swimming, sports classes and fitness privileges. See a list of eligible insurance providers.
