1 in 88 children are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder including 1 in 54 boys in the U.S. Many South Brooklyn families cannot afford to pay for programs while free programs continue to be cut.
You can help us change that!
Join us for our third Annual Walk for Autism to help support families affected by Autism and other developmental disabilities. All proceeds from the walk will benefit current programs at our sponsoring organizations serving children with special needs in South Brooklyn.
We will meet on the boardwalk at the New York Aquarium entrance and will start our 1.2 mile walk on the boardwalk from the North side of the Aquarium to the South corner of Coney Island Avenue.
