Middle Division
| Entering 3rd and 4th Grades |
A summer with Middle Division is all about self-exploration, new independence
and great friends. Campers love our arts and science specialties, performance
arts, sports, martial arts, aquatics, outdoor fun at the beach and the park. The
program includes two to three weekly trips inside and outside the five boroughs
to awesome places like Hurricane Harbor, Keansburg Amusement Park, Museum of
Natural History, and the Bronx Zoo.
Middle Division has an in-house overnight at the Y and an exciting three day overnight in Pennsylvania at the New Jersey Y camp-grounds. Campers explore the great outdoors with nature activities, repelling, ropes courses, banana boats, and of course, a traditional campfire with s'mores.

With safety being one of our utmost concerns, there is a staff to camper ratio of 1 counselor to every 6 children.

highlights this summer at the Y is our partnership with the Shorefront
Y Lenny Krazelburg Swim Academy. Professional swim instructors have
incorporated a special swim program using aspects of our premier swim academy's
