Infant-Toddler Day Care



Infant-Toddler Day Care(6 mo – 2.5 yrs)

Our Infant-Toddler Day Care program provides nurturing care for babies and toddlers between the ages of 6 months to 2 and a half years old. Class size is limited to 10 children allowing for individual attention needed by small children.
 
An experienced caring staff engages young children in age appropriate play activities, story, music and movement. All activities are designed to help young children develop language, comprehension and cognitive skills.

Licensing and Professional Staff

The Shorefront YM-YWHA Pre School is licensed by the City of New York Department of Health, Bureau of Day Care. We are chartered by the State Education Department. All group teachers, assistant teachers and aides meet the requirements set by the New York City Department of Health and are fingerprinted and screened by the NY State Department of Investigation for child abuse and/or criminal record.
